Our Services

We provide a range of speech pathology services.

Cochlear Implant Auditory Rehabilitation

We provide a tailored, integrated approach to auditory rehabilitation for adolescents and adults with cochlear implants, allowing recipients to meet their hearing and communication goals and to reach their individual potential.

Language

Aligning functional goals with purposeful activities to build an individual’s confidence, competence and capacity in a positive and supportive environment, we believe is key to improving their comprehension and expressive language skills.

Speech

An integrated, evidence-based approach to treating speech sound disorders is key to maximizing outcomes. We work closely with individuals and their support networks, helping them to remain highly engaged, motivated and focused as they work towards achieving their speech goals.

Literacy

Being literate is at the heart of full engagement in our society and we believe is key to living a rich and fulfilling life. Careful assessment of an individual’s literacy skills enables us to understand where the breakdowns are occurring and in developing an evidence-based plan to address the challenges.

Social Communication

Challenges using language in the real world can have a profound impact on an individual’s quality of life, participation, learning and work. We assess such difficulties and treat by explicitly teaching the skills needed to use language effectively in the settings most important to the child or adult.

Early Intervention

Collaborative goal setting and working in partnership with families is key to our approach, helping to weave the child’s communication goals into everyday experiences, across a range of meaningful settings.
